Eliab Mendez

Agriculture Education and Systems (AmeriCorps VISTA Member)

Eliab Méndez is a farmer at Plenitud PR. He joined the team on October 25, 2024. Before arriving at Plenitud, he participated in other community service projects focused on agroecology and food sovereignty, including work with aquaponics systems. He is currently focused on developing biopreparations for pest control, fertilizers, and plant disease management using organic and sustainable methods. He also supports general farm tasks and helps maintain school gardens in collaboration with children.
