For what do we use your personal data?
Any personal data that you have given us will be used for the purpose of offering you information about the activities of Plenitud PR. Automated decisions will not be made based on this data profile, and we will use your data only to send you the aforementioned information.

We use the information we collect to better serve the populations we impact and to continue our mission of showing love through service.

We care about the security of transactions and apply practices and technologies to secure credit card information. You can donate to Plenitud with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for donation & payment processing, including:
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

Plenitud PR is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.
Cancellation and return policies of Plenitud PR:
The cancellation and/or return of donations is a process available to all donors of Plenitud PR.
1. Return of donations policy
We are grateful for your donation and support to our organization. If you made a mistake in making your donation or change your mind about how to contribute to our organization, please contact us at email@example.com on or before 48 hours after making your donation. After 48 hours, there will be no refunds. Refunds are returned using the original payment method. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. The deposit will be reflected in the account issued for the return action in a period of 5 working days.
2. Cancellation of recurring donations
Ongoing support is important to allow projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue contributing to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please contact us at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 787-247-1966.
