Upcoming Tours
Saturday, February 28 | Water Management & Security Tour, 8:30-2pm
Learn how thoughtful water design supports resilient farms and communities. On this tour, participants explore passive water management techniques such as swales, along with active rainwater catchment systems, including cisterns and water filtration.
Through real examples on the farm, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how water—an abundant resource in the Caribbean—can be captured, slowed, and managed to support healthy soils, crops, and ecosystems.
This tour is given in Spanish. English translation is available upon request.
Saturday, March 21 | Permaculture Farm Tour, 8:30-2pm
Explore our 15-acre teaching farm and learn how we practice permaculture and agroecology. As you walk through our gardens, food forests, and natural building spaces, you’ll discover how we use design principles to protect our soil health, capture rain water, and create harmonious systems between the natural world and farm community.
The tour engages all the senses and concludes with a freshly prepared farm-to-table vegetarian lunch.
