Alexandra Mantilla

Volunteer

Alexandra first connected with Plenitud in 2020 as an agriculture intern. Falling in love with the people and the projects, she continued to visit the farm whenever she had the chance. After a year serving as part of the AmeriCorps VISTA program, she now continues as part of the Plenitud family as a volunteer. Alexandra is passionate about local food systems and agricultural education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing Bananagrams with friends, and hiking.
