Jessica first experienced the power of Plenitud PR in 2009 as a volunteer on the farm. She was hooked after the first encounter! Since then, Jessica has been deeply involved in supporting Plenitud PR. With a background in nutrition, she worked as Vice President of Oke USA Fruit Company, the fair trade fresh produce importing arm of Equal Exchange for over a decade. In 2020, Jessica moved to the Plenitud PR farm with her husband. She now serves the Plenitud PR community full time, engaging in a wide range of projects from cooking to farming to administrative and leadership support.
