The type of food we partake in can have a very powerful impact on our life and health, and at Plenitud we strive to provide high-quality nutritious vegetarian meals featuring ingredients from our own ecological gardens to share this importance. We always include food at our workshops and events, and we also offer instruction in the art of vegetarian cuisine and herbal medicine.
